Best Supporting Actress

Grace Leckey's debut folk rock album Best Supporting Actress covers a wide range of coming-of-age reflections, from the bittersweet shifting of childhood relationships recounted in “Like I Have Lived A Thousand Lives,” to the joy of newfound independence described in “Rings,” to the confusing, dark heartbreak of losing friends and collaborators to mental illness, as told in “Sweet Anna,” which is dedicated to Anna Doyle, Rameet Singh, all young creatives who lost their lives to mental illness, and the people who love them.
